Refund Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
The short version
- Earned rewards aren't deposits or purchases. Balances you earn by completing offers, surveys, or tasks are promotional rewards. They have no cash value until a cash-out is completed, and they can't be refunded.
- Rewards can be reversed. We can reverse or void rewards that come from fraud, invalid activity, or offers that the advertiser or offer partner reverses, charges back, or doesn't confirm. We may also hold a cash-out while we verify it.
- The Service is free to use. You don't pay us to earn rewards. If a charge is ever made to us by mistake, is duplicated, isn't delivered, or isn't yours, we will refund it.
- Purchases you make for an advertiser (inside an app or on a site an offer sends you to) are between you and that advertiser. We don't refund those.
- Contact us before filing a chargeback. Email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days.
This summary is not the policy. Please read the full text below.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, earned rewards balances, cash-outs, and chargebacks work for Easy Task Cash (also called Earnzy), operated by Cache Studios LLC ("Cache Studios," "we," "us," or "our") at easytaskcash.com, app.easytaskcash.com, and earnzy.ai (the "Service"). This policy is part of the Easy Task Cash Terms of Service. If this policy and those Terms conflict on a refund, cash-out, or chargeback question, this policy controls. On everything else, the Terms control. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (see Section 8).
1. Key terms
- Earned Balance: rewards, points, coins, or cash-value amounts credited to your account for completing offers, surveys, app trials, or other tasks. Users don't pay money in to get an Earned Balance.
- Pending reward: a reward shown as pending, processing, or under review. The advertiser or offer partner hasn't confirmed it yet, or it's still being reviewed for validity.
- Cash-out: a request to convert a confirmed Earned Balance into a payout through the methods shown in the app (currently a direct bank transfer (ACH) or a payout sent by our team).
- Purchase: a payment you make to us, or to an app store for an app we publish. Easy Task Cash does not currently sell subscriptions or other paid products. A purchase you make from an advertiser is not a purchase from us.
2. Earned rewards balances
2.1 What an Earned Balance is (and isn't)
An Earned Balance is a promotional reward that we offer in exchange for completing advertiser offers and tasks. It is not a deposit, stored value, or money we hold for you. It's a record of rewards credited to you. It earns no interest, isn't insured by the FDIC or anyone else, and can't be transferred, sold, or combined with other accounts. It has no cash value until a cash-out is approved and paid. Rewards shown as points have no cash value except through a cash-out. Because you don't pay for an Earned Balance, it isn't refundable and there's nothing to refund to a payment method.
2.2 Pending rewards and reversals
Advertisers and offer partners decide whether an offer was completed. Rewards may stay pending until they confirm, which can take days or weeks depending on the offer. We may decline, reverse, or void a reward, before or after it's credited, if:
- the advertiser or offer partner doesn't confirm the completion, or later reverses, adjusts, or charges back the payment it made to us for that completion;
- the reward came from fraud or invalid activity, for example multiple or shared accounts, bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing used to get around offer rules, fake or recycled sign-ups, incentivized self-referrals, false information, or installing and uninstalling apps without real engagement;
- the activity broke the offer's own requirements, our Terms, or our rules for acceptable use; or
- the reward was credited by mistake (for example a duplicate credit or a system error).
We may remove the matching amount even if your balance goes negative. A negative balance must be cleared by later earnings before you can cash out again. If a reversed reward has already been cashed out, we may recover it as described in our Terms and to the extent the law allows, usually by deducting it from your current or future Earned Balance. Our balance ledger is the official record if it ever differs from what you see on screen. If you think a reward was reversed by mistake, email us within 60 days of the reversal with your account email and the offer details, and we'll review it.
2.3 Cash-outs
- Minimums and requirements. You can cash out once your confirmed Earned Balance meets the minimum shown in the app, plus any other requirement shown there (such as a number of completed offers or a minimum account age). The minimum, methods, and limits in effect when you request a cash-out apply. They may change going forward.
- Methods. Currently direct bank transfer (ACH) and payouts sent by our team. Bank accounts must be in your name, and you must enter accurate details.
- Fees. Standard payouts carry no fee from us. Where a faster payout is offered, its fee, limits, and expected timing are shown before you confirm, and the fee is deducted from the amount we send. Timing estimates aren't guarantees.
- Verification and holds. We may ask you to verify your identity (government ID and a selfie or liveness check through our verification partner) before any cash-out. We may refuse cash-outs requested through a VPN, proxy, Tor, or hosting network, or from outside the United States. We may hold a cash-out for review, for example if it's large, from a newer account, flagged by our fraud checks, or tied to a reward that hasn't been confirmed. If we ask you questions during a review and you don't reply within the period we state (currently 7 days), we may cancel the request and return the amount to your balance. We process approved cash-outs promptly. Fraudulent or invalid rewards found during review are handled under Section 2.2.
- Errors you make. If a cash-out goes to a bank account or email address that you entered incorrectly, we may not be able to recover it, but we'll help where we can.
- Errors we make. If a cash-out fails or is sent incorrectly because of our error or our payout partner's, we'll re-send it or restore your balance. If we overpay you by mistake, we may correct it by deducting the overpayment from your Earned Balance.
- Report problems within 60 days of the cash-out request, if you can, by emailing [email protected]. We'll still review later reports in good faith.
- Eligibility. Cash-outs are available only to users who are 18 or older and in the United States, as our Terms require.
- Taxes. You're responsible for taxes on what you receive. We may ask for tax information (such as Form W-9) and issue tax forms where the law requires.
2.4 Inactive accounts
Inactivity alone doesn't forfeit your Earned Balance. We may mark a pass or account with no activity as dormant, but that's an internal status only. If we ever introduce an inactivity rule, we'll add it to this policy and our Terms, give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service, and apply it only going forward. During the notice period, you'll be able to cash out any balance that meets the requirements.
2.5 Closed accounts
- Closing your own account. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account forfeits any balance that hasn't been paid out, so cash out first if you're eligible.
- If we close your account for a violation of our Terms or acceptable-use rules (for example multiple accounts, VPN or location spoofing, bots, or fake completions), pending, unconfirmed, invalid, or improperly obtained rewards are forfeited. As our Terms explain, we may remove the balance earned through the violation, or all of it where the violation makes the true amount impossible to determine, and deny or reverse related cash-outs.
- If we close your account for any other reason, or we discontinue the Service, you may cash out any balance that meets the requirements then in effect. If we discontinue the Service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
3. Purchases
Easy Task Cash and Earnzy are free. You do not pay us to create a pass, to earn rewards, or to request a standard cash-out.
3.1 Where you paid matters
- App Store and Google Play. If you paid Apple or Google for an app we publish, that store processed the payment, and refunds are handled under its rules. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. We can't issue refunds for those charges directly, but we'll help if something went wrong.
- A charge on our websites. If a card payment is ever made directly to us, it is processed by our payment partner. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. If a payment partner acts as the seller of record, its name may appear on your statement and receipt, and its terms also apply.
- Advertiser purchases. Some offers ask you to buy something from the advertiser. That payment is not made to us, and we do not refund it.
3.2 When we will issue a refund
We will refund you (or correct the charge) if a payment was made to us and:
- Billing error. You were charged the wrong amount, or charged after you properly canceled.
- Duplicate charge. The same purchase was charged more than once.
- Non-delivery. You were charged, but what you paid for was never delivered to your account, and we can't deliver it within a reasonable time.
- Technical failure on our side. A Service error stopped a purchase from completing correctly. We'll either complete delivery or refund you.
- Unauthorized charge. A purchase was made without your permission, as confirmed by our review. We may ask you to secure your account and may suspend it while we investigate.
- Required by law. A consumer law that applies to you gives you a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right.
We don't give refunds for a change of mind about rewards you earned, or for an offer you started and didn't finish. Closing your account doesn't by itself entitle you to a refund. Refunds are not available for an Earned Balance, because you didn't pay for it (see Section 2).
4. How to request a refund or review
Email [email protected] with:
- the email on your account and the app name (Easy Task Cash or Earnzy),
- the date and amount of the charge, plus the last 4 digits of the card or the receipt or order number (or, for rewards, the offer and date),
- what went wrong.
Please contact us within 30 days of the charge for purchase issues. We'll still review later requests where the law or card network rules give you more time. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve requests within 10 business days. Approved card refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We can usually fix it faster than a dispute can. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
- we'll respond with our transaction records, including delivery and account activity records;
- we may suspend your account and cash-outs while the dispute is open;
- if the dispute is decided in your favor, credit or rewards from that purchase may be removed from your account;
- if the dispute is decided in our favor, we'll restore your account unless it is subject to closure for another reason;
- filing chargebacks for purchases that were delivered as described may lead to account closure, and we may seek to recover those amounts as the law allows.
You can contest our decisions. If we deny a refund, reverse a reward, hold a cash-out, or suspend or close your account, you can ask us to review it by emailing [email protected] within 30 days with any information you'd like us to consider. Someone who wasn't involved in the original decision will review it, and we'll tell you the outcome. This doesn't limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.
6. Governing law and disputes
Disputes about this policy are handled under the Easy Task Cash Terms. They require a 30-day informal resolution step first, followed by binding individual arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules) with a class-action waiver, a small-claims option, and a right to opt out within 30 days of first accepting them. They are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and Wyoming law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live still apply. Before starting any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we'll give notice in the Service or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless a faster change is required by law or needed to address fraud or security. Changes apply going forward. They don't affect rewards confirmed, or any purchase completed, before the change takes effect.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived by contract, including consumer protection laws and laws on billing errors and unauthorized electronic payments, or your rights under card network rules. If any part of this policy conflicts with those rights, or is found unenforceable, the law controls for that part, and the rest of the policy still applies.
