EarnzyEasy Task Cash

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026

The short version

  • These Terms are an agreement between you and Cache Studios LLC, which runs Easy Task Cash and Earnzy.
  • You must be 18 or older and in the United States, and you may have only one pass per person.
  • Your balance is not money in a bank. It becomes money only when a cash-out is approved and paid.
  • Credits are provisional. If an offer provider reverses a completion, we take those earnings back — even after they appeared in your balance.
  • The offers come from third-party networks. They decide whether you qualified, not us. We do not guarantee you will earn any amount.
  • You cannot cash out from a VPN, a proxy, or outside the United States, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.
  • Cheating — multiple accounts, VPNs, bots, emulators, fake survey answers — can cost you your balance and your account.
  • Disputes go to individual arbitration, not court, and not as a class action. You have 30 days from first accepting these Terms to opt out.

This summary is not the agreement. Please read the full text below.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Cache Studios LLC ("Cache Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the rewards service we offer under the names Easy Task Cash (also written EasyTaskCash) and Earnzy, including easytaskcash.com, app.easytaskcash.com, earnzy.ai, the Easy Task Cash wallet pass, the home-screen web app, any mobile app we publish, and related services (together, the "Service"). Easy Task Cash and Earnzy are one service: the same pass, balance, and account under either name.

By creating a pass, adding the wallet pass, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.

Please also read our Refund Policy, which explains refunds, earned-reward reversals, cash-outs, and chargebacks and is part of these Terms. If the Refund Policy and these Terms conflict on a refund, cash-out, or chargeback question, the Refund Policy controls. On everything else, these Terms control.

1. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old (and at least 21, or older if your state requires, for offers marked 21+);
  • live in the United States and use the Service from the United States;
  • be able to form a binding contract;
  • not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or be on any U.S. government restricted-party list; and
  • not have been banned or removed from the Service before.

You may hold one pass or account per person. Creating or keeping multiple passes or accounts to get around limits, bonuses, or fraud controls violates these Terms (see section 8).

2. The Service

The Service lets you earn rewards by completing offers — app installs, gameplay milestones, surveys, sign-ups, and similar tasks — supplied by third-party advertising networks and offer-wall providers ("Providers"). Rewards add to your balance, which you can later cash out, subject to these Terms.

  • You do not need an account to start earning. On your first visit we create an anonymous identifier (your "pass") stored in a cookie on your device.
  • Creating an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) links your pass so your balance survives across devices, and is required before you can cash out.
  • Optional features — Apple and Google Wallet passes, notifications, daily bonuses and streaks, the daily scratcher, Refer & Earn, post boosts, and faster payouts — may be added, changed, limited to some campaigns, or removed at any time.

Permissions are optional. You do not have to allow tracking, notifications, or any other device permission to use the Service or to earn. Some offers may not credit without the advertising identifier.

No guaranteed earnings. What you earn depends on which offers are available to you, whether you complete them, and whether the Provider confirms and pays for the completion. Any earnings examples, estimates, or amounts shown in our ads or on the Service are illustrations, not promises. Using the Service is not employment, and you are not our employee, contractor, or agent.

3. Your pass and account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under your pass or account.
  • You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • If your cookies are cleared, you may lose a pass that was never linked to an account. Linking an account is the only supported way to keep your balance across a cookie clear or a new device.
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
  • You agree that we may send you notices and other communications electronically — on the Service, by email, or by notification — and that they satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing.

4. Your balance

  • Your balance is not a deposit, stored value, or money we hold for you. It is a record of rewards credited to you under these Terms. It earns no interest, is not insured by the FDIC or anyone else, and is not transferable. It has value only through a cash-out approved and paid under section 5. Rewards may be shown in dollars or in points; points have no cash value except through a cash-out.
  • Rewards are credited when a Provider confirms — "posts back" — that you completed a qualifying offer. What you are credited is a share of what the Provider pays us. We set the share and Providers set their payouts, and both may change at any time, going forward.
  • All credits are provisional. If a Provider later reverses, invalidates, or charges back a completion — for example a survey disqualification, a fraudulent install, or a refunded purchase — we may remove the matching amount from your balance, even if it leaves your balance negative. A negative balance must be cleared by later earnings before you can cash out again. Every balance change is recorded in our ledger, and the ledger is the authoritative record if it ever disagrees with what is on screen.
  • We assign each pass an internal quality score and trust level based on signals such as account age, conversion patterns, connection checks, and reversal history. They affect which payout options you can use and whether a cash-out is approved automatically, held for review, or declined, and may reduce the value of future offers. You are not entitled to any particular score or outcome.
  • We may correct clerical or technical errors in any balance, credit, or ledger entry, in either direction.
  • A pass with no activity for a while may be marked dormant. That is an internal status and does not by itself forfeit your balance.

5. Cash-outs

  • Minimums and methods. You can cash out once your balance meets the minimum shown in the app and any other requirement shown there (such as a number of completed offers or a minimum account age). The available methods — currently direct bank transfer (ACH) and payouts sent by our team — the minimums, and any limits are shown in the app and may change at any time.
  • Identity verification. We may require you to verify your identity — with a government ID and a selfie and liveness check through our verification partner — before your first cash-out or any later one. A failed or incomplete verification blocks cash-outs until it is resolved, and a final rejection may block cash-outs on that pass permanently.
  • Connection and location. We may refuse a cash-out requested through a VPN, a proxy, Tor, or a hosting network, or from outside the United States. Apple's iCloud Private Relay is allowed. If rewards were earned through a VPN, the cash-out may be held for review and we may decline to pay the part of your balance earned that way.
  • Payout speed and fees. Where offered, you may choose a faster payout. It may carry a fee and may be limited by amount, frequency, and trust level, and may require you to verify your identity again. The fee, limits, and expected timing are shown before you confirm, can differ between campaigns, and may change going forward. The fee is deducted from the amount we send. Standard payouts carry no fee from us. Timing estimates are not guarantees.
  • Review. Cash-outs above certain amounts, from newer accounts, or flagged by our fraud and quality systems are reviewed by a person before payment. We may open a support conversation about a cash-out and ask you questions. If you do not reply within the period stated in that conversation (currently 7 days), we may cancel the request and return the amount to your balance. We may decline, delay, or ask for more information about any cash-out we reasonably believe is fraudulent, violates these Terms, or is otherwise irregular.
  • Bank transfers. You must give us an accurate account number, routing number, account holder name, and address, and the account must be in your name. We are not responsible for funds sent to an account you gave us incorrectly. Bank transfers can take several business days to settle after they are sent.
  • Reversals after payment. If a cash-out turns out to have been obtained through fraud, a violation of these Terms, or a Provider reversal that arrived after we paid you, we may recover the amount, to the extent the law allows, by offsetting your balance, holding future cash-outs, reversing the payment, or other lawful means, and we may report suspected fraud to our payment and verification partners or to law enforcement.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive. We may ask for tax information (such as an IRS Form W-9) and issue tax forms (such as a Form 1099) where the law requires, and we may hold cash-outs until you provide information the law requires us to collect.
  • If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice through the Service or by email, during which you may cash out any balance that meets the requirements then in effect.
  • Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

6. Bonuses and promotions

  • Daily scratcher. Where offered, each eligible pass gets one free scratcher a day. No purchase or payment is ever required. The result is randomly assigned before you scratch; scratching only reveals it. The prize is a percentage boost on the next offer credited to you that day (it has no value if no offer is credited that day). The possible boosts and the odds of each are available from [email protected]. Void where prohibited.
  • Refer & Earn. Where offered, if a new person joins through your invite link, you may earn a share of what that person earns from offers for a limited period, up to a limit per person, and the person who joins may receive a bonus after their first completed offer. The share, period, limit, joining bonus, and how long referral earnings stay pending are shown on your Refer page, are set per campaign, and may change going forward. If the offer a referral earning came from is reversed, the referral earning is cancelled or taken back. Only people new to the Service count. You earn nothing for inviting yourself, another pass of your own, or someone who shares your device or network, and unusual referral volume may be held for review. You may share your link only with people you know or in your own posts; you may not spam, buy ads that use our brand names, or make misleading claims to get sign-ups.
  • Post boosts. Where offered, when you cash out you may add a link to a public post about Easy Task Cash or Earnzy to ask for a bonus on that cash-out. The bonus rate, maximum, frequency, and how long the post must stay up are shown in the app. To qualify, the post must be public, must be your own, must show the Service, must include your invite link or code, and must be clearly marked as paid or sponsored (for example with #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label); it must not make false or misleading claims about what anyone can earn; and it must stay up for the required period. Each post can be used once. We review posts before paying a bonus, and a rejected boost does not affect the rest of your cash-out. If an approved post comes down early, we may turn off boosts for your account. If you allow it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost the post, with your public handle, on our channels and in our advertising.
  • Other bonuses (such as sign-up, wallet, home-screen, streak, and install bonuses) are offered on the terms shown with them, may be limited to some campaigns, and may change or end at any time. All bonuses are subject to section 4, including reversal.

Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any reward, bonus, scratcher, referral, or other promotion on the Service.

7. Third-party offers and Providers

  • Offers are created, priced, tracked, and fulfilled by Providers and the advertisers behind them, not by us. We do not control and are not responsible for an offer's content, requirements, availability, or completion criteria, the apps or games it sends you to, or a Provider's decision about whether you qualified.
  • Whether an offer counts as completed is decided by the Provider's tracking, which we rely on in good faith. If a Provider never reports a completion, reports it late, or reverses it, we may be unable to credit it or may have to reverse it. We will look into good-faith disputes, but we cannot guarantee an outcome the Provider does not agree to.
  • Some offers ask you to install apps, make purchases, or give information directly to the Provider or advertiser. Those are between you and them, under their terms and privacy policies. Any purchase you make in an advertiser's app is your own decision and expense; we do not refund it.
  • Some offers involve real-money gaming or sweepstakes-style apps. Complete them only if you are old enough and it is legal where you live. We do not operate those apps.
  • Offer availability, payouts, and eligibility (device, country, state, or platform) can change or disappear at any time without notice.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to do any of the following, or help anyone else do them:

  1. Create or use more than one pass or account per person, or otherwise get around per-person limits;
  2. Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, device spoofing, or false location data to misrepresent your device, location, or identity;
  3. Use bots, scripts, click farms, click injection, install farms, or any other automated or fraudulent means to generate clicks, installs, completions, or callbacks;
  4. Give false, stolen, or another person's identity or payment information;
  5. Complete or try to complete an offer in a way that breaks the Provider's or advertiser's terms — for example cheating to reach an in-game milestone, or giving deliberately false survey answers;
  6. Abuse referrals, bonuses, streaks, the scratcher, or any promotion through self-referral, collusion, or automation;
  7. Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's pass or account;
  8. Circumvent our fraud-prevention, rate-limiting, or quality-scoring systems; or
  9. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Consequences. If you break this section we may, without prior notice: remove some or all of your balance earned through the violation (or all of it where the violation makes the true amount impossible to determine), deny or reverse a cash-out, suspend or close your pass and account, and report the conduct to law enforcement or to our payment and verification partners.

9. Notifications

If you turn on notifications, we will send you messages about your balance, offers, and bonuses, within daily limits and quiet hours we set. You can turn them off in the app or your device settings at any time. We may still send essential messages about your account, a cash-out, or security.

10. Wallet passes

Adding an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass is an optional convenience that shows your balance. It is not a separate account and does not itself create a right to any funds beyond your actual balance. We may stop updating or deactivate a pass tied to a dormant or closed account. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC; neither company sponsors or endorses the Service.

11. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, text, graphics, logos, the names Easy Task Cash and Earnzy, and its software — is owned by Cache Studios or its licensors and protected by law. If you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of it, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows. We may use any feedback you send us without restriction or payment.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including identity verification (Sumsub), banking and payout partners, Apple and Google (wallet passes and sign-in), infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), and email (Resend). Features backed by them may also be subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL OFFERS, BALANCES, AND CASH-OUT METHODS, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY OFFER, PAYOUT AMOUNT, OR CASH-OUT METHOD WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; (C) ANY PROVIDER WILL ACCURATELY OR PROMPTLY REPORT YOUR COMPLETION OF AN OFFER; OR (D) YOU WILL EARN ANY PARTICULAR AMOUNT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CACHE STUDIOS AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) YOUR ELIGIBLE BALANCE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE PLUS THE AMOUNT PAID OUT TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE IT, OR (B) U.S. $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cache Studios and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right (including a Provider's terms), or posts you submit for a boost.

16. Ending your use; account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in the app, from the Account screen, or by emailing [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account forfeits any balance not yet paid out, so cash out first if you are eligible.

We may suspend or close your pass or account at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law or by a payment or verification partner, or if we discontinue the Service (see section 5). If we close an account for a reason other than a violation of these Terms, you may cash out any balance that meets the requirements then in effect. Sections 4 through 8 and 11 through 21 survive the end of these Terms.

17. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

  • Informal resolution first. Before starting a claim, you agree to email [email protected] with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. We will do the same before starting a claim against you.
  • Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Cache Studios agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitrator decides all questions about the scope and enforceability of this section, except as stated in the class action waiver below. For claims under $10,000, we will pay the AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees beyond what you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
  • Class action waiver. You and Cache Studios agree that claims may be brought only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must proceed in court, separated from any arbitration, and only a court may decide that question.
  • Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against us by or with the help of the same law firm or organization, they will be administered in batches under the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, your account email or pass ID, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
  • Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to section 17, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

19. Apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play

If you get an app for the Service from the Apple App Store or Google Play (the "App"):

  • These Terms are between you and Cache Studios only, not Apple or Google, and Cache Studios — not Apple or Google — is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Your license to use the App is limited to using it on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (or, for Google Play, by Google Play's terms).
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
  • Cache Studios, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
  • If a third party claims the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, Cache Studios, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Questions, complaints, or claims about the App go to Cache Studios at [email protected].
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
  • If you get the App from Google Play, Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App, and your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or addresses fraud or security, which may take effect sooner. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. Changes do not apply to a dispute we already had notice of before the change.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Cache Studios about the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Provider or payment-partner outages.
  • California users. Under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
